Therefore we  put a great effort into our project management services, in order to deliver the required outcome and provide a gold standard project delivery within the most reasonable budget,  ensuring it is delivered within the required timelines and meeting each key milestone.

Accord Research offers a highly qualified, extensively experienced project team. Lead by Project Directors (PDs) and Project Managers (PMs), the entire project team is trained to the highest level of ICH-GCP.  We have direct experience in various therapeutic indications and monitor our activities closely to ensure the most cost effective processes of time and quality metrics are delivered. Our managers are able to lead and manage cross functional teams and have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as exceptional planning, coaching and mentoring skills. We aim to ensure that the PM or PD resource we assign to each project remains for the entire duration of the study, and that they become the single point of contact for the client. This ensures that they are an integral part of the client’s study team, enabling them to take a proactive approach when dealing with any issues.

In a typical clinical trial the PM and/or PD will manage the entire duration of the study from feasibility through to nd the statistical evaluation and final archive of the study. It is the responsibility of our Project Managers to prepare all study plans such as those focused on Project Management, Monitoring and/or Risk Management.. 

Our Project Managers and Project Directors routinely use project management programmes, which are 21 CRF part 11 compliant. These systems enable all authorised stakeholders, including Sponsors, to access relevant information.
